Q: I don't see my size and/or color that I want, how can I get it?
A: E-mail the customer service. The website only allows a certain amount of variants. With that being said, some sizes and colors may not be on there, but I am able to get other colors. Do not hesitate to send that e-mail!
Q: I want two colors in my piece, is there a way that can happen?
A: Please add that in special instructions when you are checking out. If you want to hear from me first, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and we can discuss your color options prior to you making the purchase.
Q: Can I return/ exchange
A: There are no refunds or exchanges. However, you have you to 48 hours from when you received your item(s) to let me know about any problems there may be that occurred on my end. Anything after 48 hours, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Q: Do I have to pay for my return/ exchange?
A: Yes, you will have to pay to ship the current item back to me. But, this only happens within the 48 hour time slot given.
Q: I just placed my order today, how long will it take to get to me?
A: I ship through USPS, so items usually come to you within 2-4 days after it’s been completed. With me being a full time student, I give a time frame of 4-6 weeks because I am busy with orders and homework. I still want to be able to take my time to make sure your piece is as neat as possible!
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, I will also keep a copy of your number so I know when you received your package because I will not be responsible for your lost/ stolen mail. If you want insurance on your item(s), that’s an extra fee.
Q: How do you know how to size items?
A: I go based off of your measurements. Most of the time I just need your bust, waist, hips and height. If I need a new measurement, I will e-mail you and ask for it. So, please check your e-mail within 24 hours of ordering.
